You set the tone the second someone walks in. You’re the reason regulars come back. You’re the reason first-timers turn into locals.

What You Do

• Be the first hello and the last impression at Cattlemen’s Bar
• Know the regulars—their drinks, their seats, their rhythms—and treat them like insiders
• Work the room with confidence, reading energy and guiding the flow without forcing it
• Be the social connector—introducing guests, sparking conversations, building familiarity
• Partner with bartenders and servers to keep the bar moving, buzzing, and balanced
• Represent the Cattlemen’s spirit: bold, welcoming, unpretentious, and notched up
