Compensation
- Solo company drivers earn a milestone base pay increase based on tenure and every 50,000 miles with no pay cap.
- Teams starting base pay is $0.75 CPM, and earn increases every 100,000 miles starting mile one with no pay cap.
Routes and Hauls
We have routes east of the Mississippi, allowing you to be home every 1-2 weeks depending on the freight.
