Competitive Pay and Benefits
Solo company drivers can earn up to $0.60 CPM base pay, with increases every 50,000 miles and no pay cap. Team drivers start at $0.75 CPM base pay, with increases every 100,000 miles and no pay cap.

Our long average length of haul means more time on the road earning and less time waiting at shippers. We also pay the portion of miles run right up to the payroll cut off time, ensuring consistent take-home pay week to week.
