We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with the provider to document patient encounters in real time, helping ensure accurate, timely, and complete medical records

What You’ll Do
As a Medical Scribe, you’ll support the urology provider by documenting patient encounters and helping clinic flow run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Real-time documentation of patient visits in the EHR
- Recording histories, exams, assessments, and treatment plans
- Entering orders, diagnoses, and follow-up instructions
- Assisting the provider during procedures and clinic visits
- Reviewing charts for accuracy and completeness
- Maintaining strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Who We’re Looking For
This is an excellent entry-level position — no prior scribe experience required.
Ideal candidates are:
- Pre-med, pre-PA, pre-NP, or healthcare-focused students
- Interested in surgery, urology, or clinical medicine
- Strong typists with attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
Preferred (but not required):
- Basic medical terminology
- Prior healthcare, shadowing, or volunteer experience
About the Specialty: Urology
Urology focuses on conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. You’ll gain exposure to:

- Hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, and 8am-12pm on Fridays. No nights, weekends, holidays.
Note: Experience in urology or medical office setting is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
