Duties

• Assist clients with onboarding processes, account inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling relevant products and services aligned with client needs.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns that engage clients effectively across multiple channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or account management within financial services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
