As a Wireless Client Associate, you’ll work directly with customers, clients, and management to support wireless accounts, recommend service plans, provide customer-focused solutions, and help customers stay connected. This role offers hands-on experience in telecommunications sales, wireless client support, account management, and leadership development, making it the ideal place to start or advance your career.
Responsibilities of a Wireless Client Associate:
- Engage directly with customers and clients to present wireless plans, fiber internet options, connectivity upgrades, and promotional packages.
- Assist with account activations, service upgrades, billing questions, plan changes, and customer inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive accurate information, wireless support, and tailored recommendations.
- Manage and update customer and client accounts in the internal system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with leadership and management to track sales goals, wireless performance metrics, and customer account retention.
- Recommend wireless bundles, fiber internet upgrades, telecommunications services, and custom solutions based on customer needs.
- Work closely with teammates to share insights, develop new sales strategies, and support ongoing telecommunications initiatives.
