Expectations:
Operate a four position telecommunication center focusing on customer service to handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages and paging, two-way walkie-talkie system, all alarms, beeper system and elevator systems. Maintain all internal information for up-to-date call processing requirements.EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent, PBX experience and/or excellent customer service skills preferred.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
1 year previous experience as a PBX operator preferred. Knowledge of medical paging services and practices, preferred. Excellent customer service skills.
SKILLS:
Have a pleasant voice and ability to communicate clearly.
