Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily on-site supervision of all construction activities and personnel.
- Establish and enforce project-specific safety plans; serve as the safety lead on-site.
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors, owners, and tradespeople to align on project progress and resolve challenges.
- Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics to support efficient work sequencing.
- Enforce project quality control standards in accordance with plans, specs, and local building codes.
- Act as a liaison with property owners, tenants, or occupants throughout the construction process.
- Maintain project records, including daily logs, photo documentation, and as-built drawings.
- Monitor subcontractor progress, document performance, and help identify and process change orders or back charges.
- Collaborate in creating and implementing CPM (Critical Path Method) schedules; ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Supervise field labor including company personnel and third-party wage/hour workers.
- Ensure subcontractor activities align with jobsite expectations and project deliverables.
- Support final project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover to the client.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Project Managers or company leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in general construction, with increasing field leadership responsibility.
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and field coordination.
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Proven track record of managing subcontractors and field teams on commercial projects.
- Proficiency in jobsite documentation, reporting, and use of project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Physically able to safely lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as required on site.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
