Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Parx Home Care is looking for a skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to join our amazing team!

The Revenue Cycle Manager will lead billing operations and oversee the full revenue cycle process, ensuring accurate, timely reimbursement across all payer types. This role is key in driving financial performance, managing a high-performing team, and supporting compliance in a dynamic home health care environment.

• Oversee the entire revenue cycle process—from patient intake to final payment reconciliation
• Lead and manage the billing team, including training, supervision, and performance reviews
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for all payer types: Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private pay
• Monitor key metrics (AR aging, denial rates, clean claims) and drive continuous improvement
• Improve processes to boost cash flow and reduce days in accounts receivable
• Ensure compliance with CMS rules, payer guidelines, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support proper documentation and billing practices
• Prepare regular financial reports and present insights to leadership

• 3 years of home health billing experience required, with 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Managed care and long term care regulations, contracting, and billing
• Proficient in Managing Accounts receivable and recording cash collections. 
• Experience with EMRs and billing systems (e.g., Kantime, HHAexchange, Inovalon, Availity)
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) ; familiar with HIPAA, CMS,  and home health compliance
