Parvin-Clauss Sign Company is a fast-growing, family-owned business located in Carol Stream, Illinois. We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our fabrication team.

Our team builds a wide variety of custom signage for clients ranging from local startups to Fortune 500 companies. Our work is proudly displayed across the country—delivering high-impact brand identity through quality craftsmanship and creative design.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products are built to specification and meet customer quality standards
• Fabricate a wide range of signage using materials such as metal (aluminum), plastic, and wood
• Meet daily production goals for quality and efficiency while working independently with minimal supervision
• Safely and effectively operate various tools and machinery, including shears, grinders, sanders, drills, and press brakes

Desired Skills

• Candidates with the following experience will stand out: These additional skills align well with the type of work you'll be doing and will help you hit the ground running!
• Background in construction or building trades
• Hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication or installation
• Basic to advanced electrical knowledge
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding

Hours

40 Hours per week: Overtime as needed Shift hours are 5:30 AM to 4 PM 4 days per week M-TH or T-FR
