We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sign Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of signage solutions across multiple locations, ensuring each sign is securely mounted, accurately aligned, and visually appealing. Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure precise placement of signs.
- Use hand tools and power tools to mount signs on various surfaces including walls, ceilings, and outdoor structures.
- Operate Aerial equipment when necessary for large or complex installations.
- Measure distances accurately and mark mounting points to guarantee proper alignment.
- Install fixtures such as lighting, electrical wiring, or components related to signage as needed.
- Perform site inspections to verify safety compliance and assess installation conditions.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work, sign installation, or related trades such as carpentry, electric.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and aerial equipment operation.
- Knowledge of construction management practices and construction estimating is a plus.
- Experience with metal fabrication techniques including vinyl installation, fixture mounting, outdoor lighting trouble shooting .
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Candidates with experience in electrical work, sign installation will find this role especially rewarding. Pay: $25.50 - $33.75 per hour
