Position Overview

Paruolo Electric Inc. is seeking a dependable and experienced part-time clerical assistant for a long-term, in-office position. This role supports daily office operations, scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and respond to emails
  • Schedule and coordinate service and project work
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents
  • Assist with invoicing and administrative paperwork
  • Maintain accurate job records, names, dates, addresses, and job numbers
  • Support day-to-day office operations

Required Skills and Expectations

  • Typing speed expectation: 65–80 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and PDFs - Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Connecteams is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to handle phones and interruptions while maintaining productivity
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salaried, based on experience
  • Part-time, permanent position
