Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Schedule and coordinate service and project work
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents
- Assist with invoicing and administrative paperwork
- Maintain accurate job records, names, dates, addresses, and job numbers
- Support day-to-day office operations
Required Skills and Expectations
- Typing speed expectation: 65–80 words per minute with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and PDFs - Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Connecteams is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to handle phones and interruptions while maintaining productivity
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
