Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to ensure an inviting shopping environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive communication etiquette over the phone or in person
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Skilled in product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies to boost sales performance
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions, discounts, and inventory calculations
- Barista skills or comfort around espresso machine and knowledge of coffee processes
- Flexibility to learn many different products and services in our multiple department style store
- Bartending skills and background for daquiris in fast paced environment
- Very high paced and fun environmental
