Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations by assisting with order fulfillment, and inventory management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible part-time position with growth and bonus potential.
Responsibilities:
- Process, pack, and ship orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records.
- Use FedEx software to create shipping labels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Assist in cleaning and inspecting all returned orders
- Provide excellent support and communication to resolve fulfillment-related inquiries.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to Central Tucson.
- Role would be 100% in-person
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
- Ability to lift and carry crates up 50 pounds
- High School diploma or GED
- *bonus* ability to travel to conferences and interact with prospective customers
- 30 WPM
