Work Environment:
PartsBadger is a relaxed, casual work environment located in Cedarburg, WI. Featuring fully stocked snack/beverage rooms, a 5-hole disc golf course, and a telepresence robot, our location boasts 15,000 sq. ft that blends collaborative spaces, “clean spaces” for independent projects and production space. We continue to develop the layout of our office for idea generation and collaborative work.
Position Overview:
The Account Coordinator supports customers with their orders, answers questions, and ensures they receive an outstanding experience. You’ll handle a high volume of accounts, balancing proactive outreach with accurate process management. You’ll also learn when to nurture accounts and when to pass them to senior sales reps for larger opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Conduct proactive outreach to confirm customer needs are met and uncover new opportunities.
- Accurately enter quotes, orders, and CRM updates accurately and consistently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (quoting, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order handling.
- Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they impact the customer. Anticipate and resolve potential issues before they affect the customer experience.
- Drive account growth through consistent follow-up, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Track account activity and trends to identify risks or growth opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date process knowledge to advise customers accurately.
Qualifications Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and keeping records accurate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Proactive, self motivated, and able to follow through without constant direction.
- Professional demeanor with a strong customer focus.
Preferred:
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing reps, or job shops.
- Strong problem-solving and curiosity to uncover customer needs.
- Background in B2B environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams.
- Analytical skills to spot trends or patterns in account activity.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
