Duties
- Day-to-day planning and coordinating of the operations and events.
- Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales. Remain composed in the face of challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and have a positive shopping experience This includes addressing customers’ complaints, fathering feedback and making necessary adjustments to improve service.
- Responsible for & supports the daily opening & closing of store routines and processes.
- Creating employee schedules, assigning schedules and responsibilities to employees, checking to see if these responsibilities and assignments are carried through in the store.
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and firing staff at the store
- Training new employees and providing ongoing education for employees.
- Regular communication to store colleagues to inform, motivate and inspire – daily/weekly; Retain and share your knowledge and skills with your team.
- Communicate clear expectations and hold the store team and yourself accountable to achieving results.
- Giving staff financial goals and sales targets to meet on a scheduled basis
- Drive Sales- Implementing promotional campaigns.
- Manage Inventory – Ensure that the merchandise is properly displayed. This includes the receiving and shipping process and handling customer returns.
- Provide leadership or assistance with floor sets, window changes, and other merchandising and visual expectations.
- Maintain Store appearance: Ensuring that the Store is clean, organized and visually appealing is crucial. Managers are responsible for visual merchandising creating and inviting atmosphere for customers.

- Minimum 2 years of Management/ Retail operation experience
- Proactive in-store planning skills
