PARTNERSHIP WITH CHILDREN

THE OPPORTUNITY

Partnership with Children (PWC) seeks a Development Manager to join our growing development team. Founded in 1908, PWC is a blue-chip nonprofit with a proud 115 year history serving 20,000 children and families in New York City’s most under-resourced communities. Today, we are a leading school-based mental health provider, working in public schools across all five boroughs to help young people overcome the effects of poverty and trauma and succeed in school and life.

If you are a self-starter looking to advance your career while making a real difference, this is an opportunity to do both. We are seeking someone entrepreneurial who thrives on taking initiative and building something meaningful. You will partner closely with the Chief Development Officer to strengthen our fundraising efforts and expand support from corporations and government sources.

In this role, you will manage key aspects of fundraising and development, with a focus on public funding, corporate partnerships, and fundraising events. You will work across teams to design and execute strategies that build, grow, and sustain relationships with corporate and government partners—cultivating, nurturing, and stewarding them to meet both annual and long-term goals. This is a strong growth opportunity for someone ready to take ownership, contribute meaningfully, and build their career in a mission-driven organization.
