Mars Hill Apartments, a 48-unit apartment complex in Mars Hill, is looking for a part-time Site Manager to work 20 hours/week. The position requires exceptional customer service skills, positive and professional demeanor, excellent communication and attention to detail. Job entails taking applications, renting apartment homes, communicating with tenants, and other administrative duties. Basic computer and email skills are a must. Affordable Housing experience a plus, but will train the right person. Must pass credit and criminal background check. Equal opportunity provider and employer.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
