Job Summary
Jet Express Car Wash is seeking to hire a Site Manager to operate it's state-of-the-art Express car wash located in Franklin, NC
Site Manager will have responsibility for running day to day operations, overseeing all aspects of the business and will work directly with the owner to maintain the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the carwash.
Site Manager will develop and maintain a team of people to deliver a clean, dry, shiny vehicle to the customer in a safe, fast, and friendly manner, while controlling costs, upholding our strong customer service directives and maintaining the appearance of the facility.
As Site Manager, you will be eligible to share in the profitability of the car wash based on achievement of performance goals and the controlling of facility expenses.
Job responsibilities include:
- Promote sales, manage expenses and maximize profitability. -
- Provide and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service
- Recruit, develop and motivate team members to deliver a phenomenal customer experience.
- Training, motivating, scheduling, and developing carwash staff of up to 10-15 people with staffing of typically 3-4 employees per shift.
- Ensure Team Members are performing according to established standards-Evaluate Team Member performance and set goals. -
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized overall site appearance.
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs -
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. -
- Ensure adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures and processes. -
- Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times. -
- Other duties as assigned.
What qualities we are looking for:
- High school education or equivalent
- Prior car wash experience is a plus
- Previous management experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work with a diverse staff in a fast paced, high volume work environment
- Track record of accomplishments (work/school/community)
- Proven leadership skills
- Likes working in an outdoor environment year round instead of an office-
- Full time position working 40 – 50 hour week including weekends -
- Mechanical aptitude -
- Effective communication and conflict management skills
- Must have reliable transportation -
- Passionate about managing in a fast paced environment, but don’t want a desk job
