The Data Analytics and Reporting Developer is responsible for designing and developing data
reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to support business decisions. This role
involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements, transform
data, and deliver high-quality, interactive visualizations. The position ensures data accuracy and
optimizes reporting processes for improved efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or
related field; or equivalent work experience. Five years of experience in
Information Systems. Two to five years of experience in health care.
Proven experience in developing and managing reports and dashboards
using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing data reporting
processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Special Skills, Licenses and Certifications
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is
essential, with Power BI certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data
Analyst Associate) preferred. Strong skills in SQL for data querying,
along with expertise in data modeling and ETL processes, are required.
Additional certifications in analytics or business intelligence tools are a
plus.

HIRING RANGE:
$103,059.95 - $133,977.94

- Designs, develops, and maintains custom reports and dashboards to meet the data needs of
- Builds interactive and visually appealing dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or
- Extracts, transforms, and loads (ETL) data from multiple sources into the reporting tools and
- Ensures data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks.
- Applies analytical techniques and tools to uncover trends, patterns, and insights in large
- Performs ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into specific areas of interest based on stakeholder
- Works closely with business users, managers, and leadership to understand reporting
- Automates recurring reports and data flows to increase efficiency and reduce manual
- Evaluates and implements new reporting tools, technologies, and methods to improve data
- Stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and reporting.
