Our Manufacturing client near West Chicago, IL has a great opportunity for an HR Generalist due to growth! The plant is 140 employees and growing - non-union environment. Process bi-weekly payroll (Paycom), recruitment, onboarding, processing enrollments and terms, help with benefits, conduct employee relations, etc. This role reports to the Sr. HR Generalist - so the two of you would manage HR in the plant. Looking for bi-lingual skills in Spanish. Pay is 70-80K. This is an on-site position that offers professional growth!
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education. Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll and benefits administration. Good computer skills required.
