Government Contract Biller (Hybrid – NYC)
Position Overview
Seeking a Government Contract Biller to support billing, reporting, and financial compliance for government-funded programs. This role is responsible for preparing and submitting invoices, maintaining contract budgets, and ensuring accuracy across all reporting and reimbursement activities.
Schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Hours: 35 hours per week

0Key Responsibilitie
- sPrepare and submit monthly government contract bills through PASSport syste
- mRun and analyze financial and billing reports using Exce
- lCreate, validate, and submit invoices in compliance with contract requirement
- sMaintain and update contract budgets and assist with budget modification
- sReconcile billing data to supporting financial records and general ledge
- rPerform journal entries related to contract revenue and receivable
- sGenerate recurring financial and program reports for internal and external stakeholder
- sEnsure accuracy and timeliness of all submissions and reporting deadline
- sWork closely with program and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancie
sRequired Experience & Skill
- sMinimum 2 years of government contract billing experience (required
- )Strong experience with DHS and/or DOHMH billing (must have
- )Hands-on experience with PASSport billing syste
