What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tool Repair Technician position at Partnership Account: Corporate Management Group?
We are looking for the following in a candidate:
A repair technicians’ main responsibility would be for maintaining our repair department. Checking in and out tools to be repaired. Repairing tools, ordering parts, contacting the customer, and giving estimates on repairs.
Customer service-oriented person. All of our Employees interact with our customers and must have a friendly attitude. Although experience goes a long way, the biggest asset to us is having the right positive attitude/energy.
Reliable individual with a great attendance record. Our branch stores are comprised of 3-4 person teams, so attendance and reliance on each other is critical.
Ability to lift to 75 lbs. (most product between 10lbs to 50lbs) on a regular basis. The position is for a repair technician but being part of a small team requires being flexible to help in every aspect of running the branch store. Assisting customers, answering phones, pulling customer orders, warehousing just to name a few.
Bi-Lingual is a plus! Many of our customers in the Construction market prefer to speak Spanish and we try to accommodate them.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
