Partners Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers/Lumpers to join our team in the Hartford, CT area. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and containers.
- Move, sort, and organize products within the warehouse.
- Stack, palletize, and prepare shipments for storage or distribution.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
