What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at Partners Professional?
Essential Functions: Implement production strategies and supervise Leads and employees in the Drumhead department. Enforce all company policies and procedures regarding production, safety, and code of conduct compliance. Pre-screen new hires. Continuously train Leads and employees. Disseminate information to employees and leads on behalf of the Manager and company. Communicate with Supervisors and Managers regarding production and employee issues.
Required Education and Experience: High school diploma preferred and related 3-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing. The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Computer experience and working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Read & Write) preferred. Incumbent will be required to complete courses and obtain a certificate in Fundamentals of Lean
Manufacturing. Must have strong supervisory skills or must be willing to attend training within the first calendar year.
Salary : $30 - $32
