Responsibilities
- Support business development and customer growth initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Manage and update customer information within CRM systems
- Assist with RFQs, quotations, pricing requests, and proposal preparation
- Analyze sales and customer data using Microsoft Excel
- Track pipelines, projects, and customer activity
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product teams
- Support customer onboarding and product launch activities
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records to support business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Account Coordination, Business Development, Customer Service, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience utilizing CRM systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing, industrial, automotive, distribution, or supply chain environments
- RFQ, quoting, pricing, or account support experience
- Sales Operations or Inside Sales experience
- ERP system exposure
