* 2nd Shift: $16.13/hour (shift differential)

With job seekers who earn permanent placement with our contractor, receiving an hourly rate between $18.00 to $21.50.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping production efficient, safe, and on schedule:

• Operate and monitor slitter machinery to ensure smooth production flow
• Track and record production data with accuracy
• Identify and resolve minor equipment issues before they escalate
• Safely handle materials from raw rolls to finished goods
• Label, document, and manage recyclables and waste materials
• Ensure every order meets strict quality and quantity standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 1 year of manufacturing experience (printing industry experience preferred)
• Additional education or coursework is a plus
