Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in the Anaheim/Fullerton area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruiting experience and a strong ability to identify, attract, and onboard qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various open positions
- Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to onboarding
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
