Job Title: Cherry Picker / Forklift Operator (PIT)
Location: North Haven, CT
Pay Rate: $18.35/hr
Shifts Available:
- B Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Wednesday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Use the cherry picker to load and off load products
- Load, unload, transport, and stage products to designated areas.
- Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and inspect for damage.
- Use handheld scanners or RF equipment for warehouse management system compliance.
- Perform daily maintenance inspections on equipment and report issues promptly.
- Work cooperatively with team members to meet productivity and safety goals.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 years Cherry Picking experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience required.
- Must hold current forklift certification.
- Experience with RF scanning and warehouse management systems preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Prior experience in a food-grade or high-volume warehouse environment preferred.
