Job Summary
Beyond, Inc., a wholesale and e-commerce women's apparel company, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our warehouse team. The Warehouse Picker will be responsible for accurately picking, organizing, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment to wholesale and e-commerce customers.
The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick merchandise according to customer orders, packing lists, and shipping requirements.
- Verify product styles, sizes, colors, and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring merchandise is properly folded, labeled, and packaged.
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments, unloading cartons, and organizing inventory.
- Stock and replenish merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular inventory checks.
- Identify and report damaged, defective, or missing merchandise.
- Process returned merchandise and assist with restocking inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or inventory experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet daily order fulfillment deadlines.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are a plus.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to safely perform warehouse tasks in accordance with company procedures.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
