A well-known convenience store and gas station corporation serving the East Coast is seeking a Contact Center Analyst (Customer Service Representative) to join its team at the corporate office in Wawa, Pennsylvania. This role provides high-quality customer service support to both internal store associates and external customers.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and excellent benefits upon permanent hire.
Schedule
- Regular Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Training: First 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, either
- 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or
- 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $21 per hour
- Pay increase and excellent benefits upon permanent hire
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to internal (store associates) and external (customers) contacts via phone, email, and social media.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate issues using established procedures and knowledge bases.
- Performance Standards: Meet service level agreements, quality benchmarks, and productivity goals.
- Data & Analysis: Analyze call flow, service quality, and performance trends to help identify process and operational improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Training & Development: Utilize training materials and participate in one-on-one coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong individual work ethic
- Flexibility to work adjusted hours as needed for business needs or emergencies
- High School Diploma or equivalent
