Manufacturing Equipment Reliability Technician

Be the force behind safe, efficient, and reliable operations. In this role, you’ll sustain and elevate the performance of plant equipment and facility systems through disciplined maintenance, sharp troubleshooting, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.

• Reliability: Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to keep lines running.
• Uptime: Rapidly diagnose failures and complete timely repairs to minimize production interruptions.
• Quality of Work: Interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals to solve complex electro-mechanical problems.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to OSHA, LOTO, PPE, and company safety policies; maintain 5S standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with production, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.
• Documentation: Use CMMS to manage work orders and record accurate maintenance activities.
• Improvement: Support installations, modifications, and projects that enhance equipment performance.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Service motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and related production assets.
• Perform basic electrical diagnostics on motors, sensors, switches, relays, and control circuits.
• Respond to emergency repairs and support cross-functional maintenance needs.
• Communicate equipment status and downtime to production and leadership.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance; work overtime or alternate shifts as required.

• High school diploma or GED; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 3 years of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, and power transmission.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, precision measuring, and diagnostic equipment.
• Basic computer literacy; CMMS experience preferred.
• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; safety-focused.

• Industrial Maintenance Technician or equivalent technical certification.
• Exposure to PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, robotics, and automated systems.
• Welding, fabrication, and machining skills.
• Forklift, scissor lift, or aerial lift certifications.
• Familiarity with lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
