Role Overview

Candidate Profile
- J.D. from an accredited law school required
- 2-6 years of experience
- Experience with executive compensation, equity compensation, incentive plans, employee benefits, and/or ERISA preferred
- Interest in both transaction-related and general advisory work
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong academic credentials
