Pay Rate: $16.41 hr

As a Job Coach, You Will
Provide hands-on training and support to individuals in vocational and community work settings
Implement job coaching plans (OVR, IEP, Supported Employment, etc.)
Help individuals build independence, confidence, and self-advocacy skills
Offer guidance with workplace expectations, social integration, and life management skills
Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Build positive relationships with local employers, schools, Supports Coordinators, and community partners
Adjust your coaching schedule to align with individuals' work schedules
Step in and model tasks when needed - leading by example
Support successful long-term job placements
This is a highly interactive role where you'll be on your feet, working directly alongside the individuals you support.

Clear communication (in person, email, and over the phone)

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Must have one (1) of the following groups of qualifications to perform Job Coaching duties:
Associate's Degree and one (1) year of experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities;
or
High School Diploma (or GED) and three (3) years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities;
or
An equivalent combination of education experience as outlined above.
DRIVER'S LICENSE: Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory three (3) year driving history in order to be considered an agency approved driver by the agency's vehicle insurance carrier.
