Partners In Progress (PIP) is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities succeed through a wide range of programs and social enterprises. We’re excited to welcome a Finance & Operations Manager to our Business Office team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Director of Business Operations and collaborate with program leaders, vendors, and partners across the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both financial detail and big-picture thinking, and who wants their work to directly support meaningful community impact.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports across multiple programs and cost centers
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts, including social enterprises like Highland Chocolates
- Monitor financial performance and communicate insights to leadership
- Assist with audits, compliance, contracts, and operational processes
- Serve as a collaborative financial resource for departments across the organization
What we’re looking for:
- Strong financial acumen with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborative, communicative, and mission-aligned mindset
- Nonprofit or multi-entity experience is a plus
🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (occasional flexibility as needed)
