Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee, maintain & ensure all aspects of financial operation, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, & reporting
· Work closely with the Executive Director, Central Office, & Board
· Comply with state & federal regs, including Uniformed Guidance
· Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements & reports
· Lead & develop finance team
· Identify & mitigate financial risks
· Manage & complete all program audits
Qualifications/Experience:
· Certified public accountant, or at a minimum, a baccalaureate degree in accounting, business, fiscal management, or a related field
· Min. of three years' financial management or accounting experience
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, & decision-making skills
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of grant-based fiscal regulations

The minimum starting salary is $71,090, negotiable based on relevant experience and qualifications.
