Supervisor Title: Practice Administrator

Job Summary: Provide urgent clinical support to PINE physicians and patients in a fast-paced environment while handling clinical and administrative tasks including rooming patients and completing physician orders for the Washington, Jefferson Hills, and Monongahela offices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists Providers in exam rooms
- Escort patients to exam rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and document all information in patent's electronic medical record
- Provide instructions to patients as instructed by Provider
- Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments
- Maintain all logs and required checks
- Display ability to work in a team environment
- All other duties as assigned by the Practice Administrator
Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma; some college preferred
Medical Assistant course completion
Medical assistant certification (preferred, ability to obtain upon hire)
2 years of clinical experience
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Patient focused and adaptability to different personality types
Job Type: Full-time
