After-School Site Coordinator

The After‑School Site Coordinator plays a key leadership role in delivering high‑quality academic and enrichment programming for elementary and middle‑school students. This position oversees daily operations, ensures a safe and supportive environment, and leads staff in implementing engaging activities focused on reading, math, STEM, and positive youth development. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and committed to helping students grow academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Program Operations — Plan, organize, and facilitate structured activities that support reading fluency, math skills, STEM exploration, and hands‑on learning.
• Implement Pre/Post Assessments — Administer simple academic assessments, track student progress, and support data‑driven instruction.
• Supervise Students — Maintain a safe, nurturing environment through active supervision, positive behavior management, and adherence to all safety protocols.
• Support Staff & Volunteers — Provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure consistent, high‑quality program delivery aligned with youth development best practices.
• Classroom & Behavior Management — Use effective strategies to maintain an orderly, engaging environment where students can learn and have fun.
• Family Communication — Share daily updates with parents and caregivers regarding student participation, behavior, and progress.
• Administrative Duties — Maintain accurate attendance records, incident reports, assessment data, and activity logs in compliance with organizational policies.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
