JOB DUTIES:
The primary duty of a Build on Your Lot Superintendent is to manage the construction of custom homes for PIB customers in such a manner as to assure they comply with PIB’s standards for quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. That primary duty involves non‐manual work and the exercise of considerable discretion and independent judgment by the Superintendent with respect to various matters relating to the construction of homes as part of the company’s homebuilding business operations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift items weighing 50 lbs. or more. Must be able to ascend and descend stairs. Must be able to traverse uneven terrain. Must be able to function in an exterior environment that includes extreme temperatures. Must be able to process information visually and aurally.

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in new home construction.
