SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Monday through Friday; on-call, as assigned
LOCATION: Robinson Township
WAGES: $23.00/HR
Partners For Quality Inc. (PFQ) is a private, non-profit organization based in Robinson Township. Partners For Quality provides administrative management to five subsidiary organizations that support local individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. PFQ’s management services include Fiscal (including payroll), HR, IT and Communications thus allowing subsidiaries to focus on their day-to-day priorities.
Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing routine preventative and corrective maintenance and fulfilling work order requests to community homes and agency sites. Responsibilities include the maintenance and repair of:

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing routine preventative and corrective maintenance and fulfilling work order requests to community homes and agency sites. Responsibilities include the maintenance and repair of:
- Heating and cooling systems - clean units / change filters
- Fresh and exhaust air - service kitchen / bathroom exhaust fans
- Electrical system and devices - maintain / change outlets and switches
- Emergency power unit - weekly checks to test emergency lighting and exit signage
- Fire alarm and detection system - clean / test / maintain fire alarm systems
- Plumbing system and devices - install appliances, service / repair toilets and bathroom / kitchen plumbing
- Lighting system - maintain interior / exterior lighting
- Vehicles - maintain assigned vehicle
- Installation and / or removal of equipment / furniture / appliances
- Snow removal - maintain / inspect salt boxes
- General building repairs - wall repairs and painting, repair door locks, hanging wall déco
$23.00 to start with raises included with years of service

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Four (4) years experience in residential/commercial maintenance and proven experience in electrical, plumbing and general carpentry repairs
- Must have a working knowledge to perform the duties noted above
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects without restriction
- Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances
