The Night Shift Supervisor will be responsible to the Assistant Executive Director(s) and Director for Community Living for the overall operation of the designated Community Living Home(s) during the third shift, including:

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
OR
Associates degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and six (6) months experience providing services and supports to people with intellectual disabilities
OR
High School diploma/GED and one (1) year experience providing services and supports to people with intellectual disabilities

The Night Shift Supervisor will be responsible to the Assistant Executive Director(s) and Director for Community Living for the overall operation of the designated Community Living Home(s) during the third shift, including:
- Training of new staff / providing remedial training as identified
- Staff supervision
- Assist with operation of homes
- Routine visits to homes
- Direct supervision of the Supports Assistants
- Performing on-call duties during the shift
- Completion of Professional Development Plans for staff assigned to third shift
- Focus on The Council on Quality and Leadership’s Quality Measures
- Compliance with CCI Policies and Procedures and the ODP Medication Administration guidelines
- Compliance with 6400 Regulations
- Communicate effectively at all levels

- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent references, both work and personal
- A valid PA, Ohio, WVA driver's license
