Partners For Quality Inc. is a private, non-profit social services organization based in Robinson Township with a satellite office in the East Hills area. We are the administrative parent company to 5 subsidiaries and are responsible for the Fiscal, Payroll, HR, IT and support services to each. Our subsidiaries include Allegheny Children's Initiative, Citizen Care, Exceptional Adventures, Milestone Centers and the PFQ Foundation. Through these subsidiaries, we provide community based supports and services to adults and children with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health challenges in Allegheny County.
Responsibilities
Responsible to the Director of Facilities Operations for completing all in-house contracting and painting/staining projects at all locations of Partners For Quality (PFQ) and its subsidiary agencies, including oversight of third-party contractors in the absence of the Director of Facilities Operations. All responsibilities shall be completed in a manner consistent with the Vision, Mission and Values of PFQ.
Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of internal facility projects that include coordinating with outside vendors. Project can consist of anything from painting / staining to room remodeling.

Responsibilities

Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of internal facility projects that include coordinating with outside vendors. Project can consist of anything from painting / staining to room remodeling.
- Attention to details to ensure thorough and accurate completion of work.
- Collaborate with the Director of Facilities Operations to identify/prioritze the projects to be completed, including budgeting and scheduling, etc.
- Serve as the primary contract for internal facility related projects in order to coordinate detail of the projects.
- Submit a project timeline to the Director of Facilities Operations for approval and distribution to site/location.
- Ensure clear communication, coordinaton and scheduling with outside vendors who are needed to assist with the project.
- Responsible for the project from start to completion, including but not limited to paining, removing and reinstalling all fixtures in the area being remodeled.
- Responsible for securing all material when leaving the area at any point during the project to ensure protection of materials and the environment is safe for other employees.
- Assist the Maintenance Technicians during periods when projects are not being completed or as designated by the Director of Facilities Operations.
- Ensuring proper compliance of building, fire, and OSHA code and regulations
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Time management skills to ensure task are completed on schedule
- Assist with internal moves of people supported and employees
- Display a professional attitude working with people supported, staff, co-workers, and families
- Provide on-call emergency support on a rotating schedule as assigned
- Understanding of and compliance with all the PFQ Corporate Personnel Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Four (4) years experience in residential / commercial matinenance and proven experience in electrical, plumbing, general carpentry repairs, and painting
- Must pass a comprehensive physical exam which includes lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
- Able to perform prolonged standing and frequent bending, stooping and reaching on a daily basis
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Act 33, 34, and FBI Clearance.
