Partners For Quality Inc. is a private, non-profit social services organization based in Robinson Township with a satellite office in the East Hills area. We are the administrative parent company to 5 subsidiaries and are responsible for the Fiscal, Payroll, HR, IT and support services to each. Our subsidiaries include Allegheny Childrens Initiative, Citizen Care, Exceptional Adventures, Milestone Centers and the PFQ Foundation. Through these subsidiaries, we provide community based supports and services to adults and children with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health challenges in Allegheny County.
Responsibilities
Responsible to the Talent Acquisition Manager for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and managing/maintaining human resources records. All responsibilities shall be completed in a manner consistent with the Vision, Mission and Values of Partners For Quality, Inc.

Responsibilities
Responsible to the Talent Acquisition Manager for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and managing/maintaining human resources records. All responsibilities shall be completed in a manner consistent with the Vision, Mission and Values of Partners For Quality, Inc.
- Fielding employment inquiries, processing calls, resumes and applications regarding employment
- Coordinating the interview schedule, conducting phone screens, and preparing overall support for the interview process
- Completes applicant processing including driving, exclusion, and professional / employment reference checks
- Processing and tracking employee referrals bonuses
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Update, organize and check accuracy of hew hire paperwork
- Create new hire personnel and medical files
- Order ID badges and make key cards
- Assist training team with technical support, including enrollment of online training programs
- Database entry and report generation into Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Overall maintenance of a comprehensive personnel record system including employment, medical and training files
- Process temporary agency staff for subsidiaries
- Review and approve all credentials; communicate with subsidiary management teams
- Run weekly credential reports, send to temporary staffing agency
- Process requests for release of information
- Provide performance and attendance reports for managers/supervisors
- Other related duties as may be required

Qualifications
- High School diploma
- One (1) year experience with computers and clerical work, preferred within an HR setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; prior customer service preferred
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software
- Good organizational skill
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to maintain high level of integrity, confidentiality, and trust
- Prior database and / or HRIS experience, strongly preferred
- Valid PA, Ohio, WC Driver’s License
- Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances, as needed
