POSITION: Senior Habilitation Associate
STATUS: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: Flexible; to meet the needs of the caseload
LOCATION: West Hills, and South Hills area of Allegheny County*
WAGE: $18.50/hr when doing DSP role -19.50/hr when doing Senior DSP role
Citizen Care Inc., a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., provides residential, day program, habilitation, supported employment opportunities and behavioral support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are a non-profit organization, accredited by the Council on Quality & Leadership. Citizen Care has locations throughout the West Hills and South Hills of Allegheny County.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to the Assistant Executive Director of In-Home and Community Support Services for providing community-based support to individuals based on the needs outlined in the individuals' ISP and completing clerical/office based tasks as assigned. All responsibilities shall be completed in a manner consistent with the Vision, Mission and Values of CCI. Duties includes, but is not limited to:
- The coordination of services and supports
- Coordination of Staff Assignments
- Coordination of Staff Training/Tracking Forms
- Focus on the CQL's Quality Measure/Individual Outcome Driven Measures
- Compliance with CCI Policies and Procedures
- Compliance with 6100 Regulations
- Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree or 60 college level credits preferred
- Valid driver's license

Minimum Compensation: USD $18.50/Hr. Maximum Compensation: USD $19.50/Hr.
