About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Support team member to join our Airway Team and support the digital workflow behind our orthodontic cases.

This is an entry-level to intermediate role for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with digital files and technology, and interested in developing their skills in orthodontic CAD design and digital treatment planning.

The Digital Support role works closely with Airway Planners and internal teams to prepare and organize cases, maintain accurate digital files, assist with case setup, and ensure cases are ready for the next stage of the workflow. This position provides an opportunity to develop the technical and clinical knowledge needed to advance into an Airway Planner role.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Case Setup: Prepare and organize digital orthodontic cases, ensuring files and case information are complete and properly organized
• CAD & Digital Design Support: Assist with basic CAD workflows and digital appliance design under the direction of experienced Airway Planners
• Case Preparation: Review incoming case information, digital scans, photographs, prescriptions, and other documentation to ensure required information is available
• File Management: Maintain accurate digital files, case notes, and documentation throughout the case workflow
• Quality & Accuracy: Review digital case setups for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established workflow and design standards
• Airway Planner Support: Provide day-to-day digital and administrative support to Airway Planners, helping cases move efficiently from intake through design and production
• Workflow Coordination: Monitor assigned cases and communicate any missing information, discrepancies, or issues that may impact case progression

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Technical Degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with CAD software, digital design, or 3D modeling is preferred
• Previous experience in orthodontics, dentistry, dental technology, or a related field is a plus
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software and digital workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with digital files and case information
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow established processes while recognizing and communicating potential issues
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn technical and clinical concepts in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to develop the skills necessary to advance into an Airway Planner role

Growth Opportunity

The Digital Support position is designed to provide hands-on experience with Partners Dental Solutions’ digital airway workflow. As employees develop proficiency in case setup, CAD design, orthodontic appliances, treatment planning concepts, and internal case management, they may have the opportunity to progress into an Airway Planner position and take on increased responsibility, including direct communication and consultations with orthodontic clients

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
