Mailroom General Clerk II
Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full-time General Mailroom Clerk. This position will support one of the world’s leading equipment and manufacturing companies, at its location in Moline, IL. As a Mailroom Clerk for the Accounts Payable Shared Services Department this assignment is paying $11.06 per hour and tentatively starts April 2017.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Verify information/Data Entry into Excel
• Open, sort, bar-code and scan mail
• Maintain the return to supplier log
• Organize information
Skills and Education
• Must have Outlook, Word and Excel Experience
• Must have high level of attention to detail and strong communication skills
• High school diploma/equivalent required
Term of Assignment
· 1st Shift Position
· Long Term assignment April 2017-April 2021
