Partner Forces is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Department of Homeland Security (DHS) clients in delivering mission-critical programs and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with strong analytical skills who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and helping clients solve complex challenges.
What You'll Do
If your application looks like a match, someone from our People Operations team will reach out to schedule a phone screening. During this conversation, we will determine if the current or future position aligns with your experience and skills. If things go well, from there you'll meet with members from the project team, including the hiring manager and teammates, and possibly be asked to submit a writing assessment to showcase your practical knowledge. Partner Forces is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Department of Homeland Security (DHS) clients in delivering mission-critical programs and strategic initiatives. What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of client programs and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize information into actionable insights.
- Develop reports, presentations, briefing materials, and other client deliverables.
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, capture meeting notes, and track action items.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to support project objectives.
- Assist with process improvement efforts and operational analyses.
- Support day-to-day program management activities and special projects.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and business development efforts as opportunities arise.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of experience supporting federal government programs, consulting engagements, project management, or related work.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research, analyze information, and develop clear, well-organized deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability determination or security clearance, as required.
