Role Overview
Partify Inc. is a fast growing e-commerce painted automotive parts company focused on building scalable, data driven operations. We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through highly optimized paid search and shopping campaigns as the company continues to scale.
This is a hands on role responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads performance across Search, Display, and Shopping. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail oriented, and experienced in managing large scale performance marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
You will work closely with leadership, operations, and engineering teams to align paid advertising strategies with business objectives and continuously improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping.
Manage and maintain Google Merchant Center, including product feed optimization and resolving disapprovals.
Conduct keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize performance.
Continuously optimize campaigns for ROI, CAC, and conversion rates.
Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Monitor and improve Quality Scores and overall account health.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting.
Develop and manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
Stay up to date on Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
Experience with bid strategies, keyword optimization, and performance tracking.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast paced environment.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
Familiarity with Shopify or BigCommerce.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Knowledge of attribution models and advanced tracking setups.
Experience working in high growth startups or scaling companies.
