Role Overview
Partify Inc. is a fast growing e-commerce painted automotive parts company focused on building scalable, data driven operations. We are seeking an eBay Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our presence on eBay, driving sales, visibility, and operational efficiency.
This is a hands on role responsible for listing optimization, marketplace strategy, and performance management. The ideal candidate has strong experience with eBay’s platform and understands how to optimize listings and pricing to maximize sales and profitability.
You will work closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure product listings are accurate, competitive, and aligned with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Create, optimize, and manage eBay product listings, including titles, descriptions, and images.
Implement SEO best practices within eBay listings to improve visibility.
Manage pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
Analyze sales performance and optimize listings for conversion and revenue.
Handle product categorization and ensure compliance with eBay policies.
Manage inventory synchronization and listing accuracy.
Resolve listing issues, errors, and account health concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product data and content quality.
Track and report on marketplace performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience managing eBay or similar marketplaces.
Strong understanding of eBay listing optimization and SEO.
Experience with pricing strategies and promotional tools.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
Ability to manage multiple listings and projects.
Strong communication and problem solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce or DTC brands.
Familiarity with automotive parts or aftermarket industry.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Knowledge of additional marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
Experience working in high growth startups or scaling companies.
