What You’ll Do

Required qualifications/skills:

- Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn inventory tracking software
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer service
- Clear, professional communication; ability to maintain confidentiality
- Dependable attendance; able to work in a fast-paced seasonal setting
- Preferred: inventory control, nonprofit, retail/warehouse/distribution experience

A Day in Season
You’ll arrive to a busy, warehouse-style space where priorities shift quickly during peak weeks. Throughout the day, you’ll greet families and volunteers, answer quick questions, and help keep the flow calm and welcoming. You’ll pause to verify counts, note discrepancies, and adjust as new deliveries or partner requests come in. By day’s end, you’ll reset the space for the next wave—leaving the program ready to serve more neighbors tomorrow.
